Friends of Parkville Parks (F.O.P.P.) 501(c)3 is a designated park advocacy organization dedicated to preserving, protecting, and improving Parkville’s Parks. Collected monies specifically designated for the Flood Relief Fund will be used in efforts to restore English Landing Park. All other donations and subscription monies could be used to cover all or part of expenses for F.O.P.P.’s fund-raising event, Parktoberfest.
